Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and current Spanish legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending an email to shop.refunds@poseidonsurfacademy.com before the indicated period expires.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned (such as wetsuits or underwear that have been worn).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Poseidon Surf Shop is not responsible for return shipping costs or any loss or damage during return transit.
Return Process
- Send an email to shop.refunds@poseidonsurfacademy.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 2 business days with shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Refunds
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is an error on our part or a defective product.
