Shipping policy

1. Shipping Origin

At Poseidon Surf Shop, we offer two shipping options depending on the product:

• Shipping from the Canary Islands: Products manufactured and stored at our facilities in Corralejo (Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain) are shipped directly from there to all of Europe.
• Print on Demand (POD): Some products are made to order. In this case, production and shipping are handled from a location near the order's destination, reducing delivery times and environmental impact. Each product clearly indicates its shipping method on its product page.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product's origin and the destination address. Please refer to each product page for the applicable estimated delivery time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product, weight, and delivery address. The exact amount is displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

4. International Shipping

We ship throughout Europe. For orders outside mainland Spain, delivery times may vary. Products shipped from the Canary Islands may be subject to customs procedures upon entering mainland Spain or other EU countries, although in most cases the process is transparent to the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information when it becomes available.
